Shipping and payments

Please find below the time frame and the cost of delivery as well as the procedure for returned goods of our site.

DELIVERY

The available* products of the site are delivered to you by courrier within one working day within Attica as long as your order has been posted before 11.00am. Otherwise your order is delivered within 2-3 working days from the day of the order within or outside Attica.

*I case of random stock shortage, we will inform you by phone or mail, as soon as possible.

Deliveries take place within Greece during working days and between 8.00 and 19.00 hrs.

For purchases of products the cost of which is 50 euro or above and under 2kg, delivery is free of charge. Otherwise, in cases of orders above €50 and 2kg, the delivery will be charged according to weight and €2,20 will be removed from the final cost.

For purchases of products costing under 50 euro the delivery charge is as follows:

-Within Attica the charge is 2,20 euro per order up to 2 kg and 0,75 euro for every additional  kg.

-Outside Attica in the mainland the charge is 2,60 per order up to 2 kg and 1,00 euro for every additional kg.

-Outside Attica on the islands the charge is 2,70 euro per order up to 2 kg and 1,23 euro for every additional kg.

When you choose cash payment upon receipt the cost for any order is 2,46 euro irrespective of the total cost or the weight of the order.

All above prices include VAT.

The total weight of the products of every order as well as the total cost of delivery is calculated automatically by the system of arnica.gr at the end of the order and appears separately on the final bill.

In case the chosen product is out of stock you will be advised by us via email or telephone.

In case your shipping address is characterized as inaccessible by the courrier company, we will inform you by phone for the following two choices: 1. Receive your order at the nearest to you ACS or Geniki Taxidromiki station 2. Receive your order at your place, with an extra charge, fro which we will inform you by phone or mail.

At present, the delivery of products out of Greece is not possible but soon we shall be in the position to deliver abroad as well.

RETURNED GOODS

In case you wish to return the goods you purchased from us please be advised as follows:

You can cancel your purchase within 14 days starting from the next date of the delivery of your order.

-You should notify us with a fax to 2108970092 or email to info@arnica.gr

The money of your purchase will be returned to you including the delivery cost without undue delay in the same manner that you used for the payment initially, after we receive the goods back in perfect condition (not consumed or damaged in any way)

The return of the products should take place within 14 days from the day you declared that you wish to cancel the purchase. The cost of the delivery of the returned goods will be charged to you.
