Water is an absolute must for healthy, plump skin. Solgar's Hyaluronic Acid (HA) is a substance found within almost all of the cells of the human body, most abundantly in skin and joints.  It is thought that age-related loss of HA may be a contributing factor to wrinkling in ageing.  In the skin, HA may help to retain optimal levels of water in the dermis of skin. In the joints, HA is found in the synovial fluid, which provides lubrication and acts as a shock absorber. Studies suggest a role for hyaluronic acid in joint health and it may offer pain relief to arthritic sufferers.  Hyaluronic acid can be taken alone or combined with other natural supplements, such as  Vitamin C, collagen and chondrotin sulphate to enhance its benefits. Solgar use the most bio-available form of HA, Biocell Collagen II.

As a food supplement for adults, one (1) tablet daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
