Lamberts® Magnesium Citrate Gummies provide an impressive 150mg of elemental magnesium per gummy. The salt used in this formulation is Magnesium Citrate. Magnesium Citrate has increased solubility and is therefore characterized by increased absorption and bioavailability.

As with all Lamberts® gummies, Magnesium Citrate Gummies:

Do not contain sugar and/or artificial sweeteners.

Do not contain gelatin.

Do not contain artificial flavors or artificial colors.
Fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS) from chicory root fibers are used as a sweetener and as a gelatin substitute. Fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS) are a natural form of soluble carbohydrates found in many vegetables, such as endives and onions. When taken orally, they are only partially absorbed, as most of them are used as a nutrient substrate for the growth of normal intestinal bacterial flora (mainly the genera Bifidobacteria and Lactobacillus).

 

Adults: Chew 1 to 2 gummies daily or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Precautions: Magnesium intake exceeding 250mg may cause mild gastrointestinal upset.
