from one capsule with omega-3 fatty acids, EPA & DHA and vitamin D,
and one tablet with vitamins A, D, E, C, Thiamine (B1), Riboflavin (B2), Niacin, Pyridoxine (B6), Folic acid, Pantothenic acid (b5), Magnesium, Iron, Zinc, Copper, Manganese , Chromium, Molybdenum and Iodine.
