Organic wholemeal trachana with organic vegetables. Organic trachana of high nutritional value for infants from 6 months and young children. With wholemeal organic wheat flour and whole fresh organic vegetables (zucchini, tomatoes, peppers, carrots, eggplant, onions, celery root) incorporated into the wheat fruit.

Add 400gr of water in a saucepan and 40 gr. (about 4 tbsp) frezylac Trachahanakis. Heat over medium heat and stir constantly so that it does not stick. The meal is ready as soon as it boils (about 5 minutes after boiling begins).
Serve at a medium temperature.
Ideal as a substitute for pasta or rice. Ideal base for preparing meals for the whole family with the addition of cheese, butter, egg, meat, vegetables, etc.
