In the first weeks of adding food, before the milk meal. For a complete meal, mix 1/2 jar of vegetables (190g) with 1/2 jar of HiPP meat preparation and a teaspoon of olive oil (4g). Add more vegetables if necessary. Heat the open jar or the desired amount in a bain-marie or in a microwave oven, mix and check the temperature. Close the jar with the rest that you have not heated and store it in the refrigerator for the next day. Use only plastic spoons. Make sure you follow a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
