Before use: Wash hands, blow your nose and check that the spray is working properly. Adult supervision is recommended for use on children. For children from 3 to 6 years, the device should be used by an adult.

Remove the protective cap.
Before first use, press the nozzle firmly a few times until the solution comes out.
With your head upright, spray into each nostril, inhale gently through your nose.
Let the solution act for a few minutes before blowing your nose.
After each use, clean the spray nozzle and replace the protective cap.

For children from 3-15 years: 1 spray into each nostril, up to 4 times a day.
It can be used in combination with isotonic seawater lavage in cases of intense secretions, or with hypertonic seawater lavage in cases of intense congestion.
