ADULTS AND CHILDREN

Before using Sinomarin Allergy Relief blow your nose to remove mucus
Remove the protective cap, hold the bottle upright and spray a few times to activate the spray pump.
Tilt your head slightly forward over the sink and then to the right.
Carefully insert the tip of the bottle into the left nostril, parallel to the nasal septum, and press firmly.
Turn the head to the other side and repeat the same process in the other nostril.
Remove the nozzle from the nostril, return to an upright position and allow the solution to act for a few seconds.
Then blow your nose.
Repeat the process if necessary.
After each use, be sure to rinse the nozzle thoroughly with warm water and dry it.
