Mix four heaped scoops (100g) with 400ml of cold water or skimmed milk (for smoothest result, use a blender). We recommend 1 serving per day between main meals. Two servings can be taken on training days if required. If you mix with skimmed milk you add an extra 16g of protein, plus 170 calories.
