This dietary supplement, aims in sleep regulation and general relaxation, while boosting the mood. It contains Melatonin, that contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep and also plant extracts like Griffonia, Valerian, Hypericum and Eschscholtzia, that act favorably on the relaxation. Ingredients: d.e (*) from: Griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (Vahl ex DC.) Baill.] seeds, Magnolia [(Magnolia officinalis Rehder et Wilson.) bark; Emulsifier: crystalline cellulose; d.e (*) from: Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root, Eschscholtzia (Eschscholtzia californica Chamisson) flowers; Flavour: Cranberry juice; L-Tryptophane, L-Glutamine; Antioxidant: tartaric acid; Food coloring: sodium bicarbonate; Sweeteners: fructose, sucralose; d.e (*) from St. John’s Wort (Hypericum perforatum L.) flowers; Anti-caking agent: siliciumdiooxide, Melatonine, Vit. B6 (pyridoxine hydrochlorid). (*) Extracts containing maltodextrins with anti-caking function. Plant extract content per daily dosage: Griffonia 100 mg, Magnolia 75 mg, Valerian 50 mg, Eschscholtzia 50 mg, St. John’s Wort 7 mg (21 μg of Hypericine - Hyperforine/Hypericine < 7). Vitamins per daily dosage: Vit. B6 2 mg Other nutritional factor content per daily dosage: melatonin 1 mg.

1 tablet, half an hour before bedtime, take with little water or dissolve in the mouth. Precautions: not to be taken during pregnancy. Do not use before or when driving. Not to be taken with alcoholic beverages. If you take other medicinal products please consult your doctor before using this product, as St. John’s Wort extract may interfere with the metabolism, while also inhibiting its activity. St. John’s Wort extract is contraindicated in children and adolescents.
