Spray at a distance of 20 cm from your skin.

Apply generously without exceeding the dose described in the instructions.

Using your hands, spread the product evenly over the exposed skin. Stick to areas like your ankles, behind your ears and the tops of your hands, as these areas are often overlooked.

Once the hours of protection afforded by your chosen repellent have passed, reapply to remain protected by adhering to the maximum dose indicated in the instructions for use.
