Epsilon Health Silben U40 gel is a clear thin gel for nail lesions due to injury or psoriasis.

Removes keratin from the surface of the nails, allows sanding and reduction of their thickness, while promoting its renewal. The urea it contains allows the gel to be better absorbed.

It can also be used to prepare nails for treatment with topical antifungal drugs.

Application is recommended at night, in alternating cycles of 15 days of treatment and 15 days of interruption.
