Solgar Prenatal Nutrient Tablets are free of sugar, salt, corn, yeast, wheat, soy, dairy and animal products and is formulated without the use of artificial preservatives, flavors or colors of any kind. Unique form of chelated iron (iron bisglycinate) formulated for maximum absorption without gastrointestinal irritation or the constipating effects that often accompany iron supplementation.

1-2 tabletes per day, preferably with meals.
