ALMORA^® plus is a specific dietary product that contains a mixture of electrolytes and dextrose. The mixture of electrolytes, water and dextrose fortify and enhance systemic rehydration. Administering electrolytes help the body replenish lost concentrations of electrolytes and maintain a balanced pH.

GENERAL INFORMATION

ALMORA^® plus is composed of a unique electrolyte (Na+, K+, Cl-) and dextrose combination which effectively rehydrate the body, replenishing thus its electrolytes. Dextrose facilitates the absorption of sodium and water ions.

ALMORA^® plus can be administered in all cases requiring fluid and electrolyte replenishment and/or maintenance, such as:

• Mild cases of diarrhea due to any cause.
• Gastrointestinal disorders due to any cause, associated with diarrhea and vomiting.
• Conditions associated with excessive fluid and electrolyte loss within a short space of time.
